| Remember the Monroeville Mall? |

That's where the people hid out in "Dawn of the Dead" from the zombie apocalypse. That's what this is. I started this journal and migrated all my old Livejournal entries over here when that company laid off 20 of its 28 employees. You can't be too careful. I've got four and a half years of blurry memories to preserve.
Anyway, I'm still over there, but I'm over here, hunkered down in my Internet bunker, just in case. If you'd like to be added, go ahead and leave a comment, because this is friends only.
p.s. Yes, it didn't turn out so well for the humans in "Dawn of the Dead." But the Monroeville Mall is still open for business. They have a plaque there and everything. |

Folks, The problem that seems to afflict every work-bound LJ user sooner or later has hit the City of Village Charm: my journal has suddenly become popular viewing at work. Consequently, I'm going to go off the grid for a little while. I've locked all my previous posts, and when I do start posting again, sometime in the future, it will be friends only. I know there are a number of people out there who read my journal but who don't have livejournals of their own, and that kind of sucks, but that's the way it has to be, at least for the forseeable future.
Courage, Dan Rather
p.s. The journal still rages on, but is friends only. If you would like to be added, or if you would like to read the thing I wrote about Lance Hahn, leave a comment. |
